RB Leipzig have secured their first win in the Bundesliga season against FC Augsburg, thanks to goals from Moussa Nkunku, Timo Werner, and Yussuf Poulsen.
The match started off at a fast pace, with both teams creating chances but unable to find the back of the net. However, RB Leipzig took the lead early on through Moussa Nkunku's powerful shot that found its way into the back of the net.
FC Augsburg responded well to the loss, however, and equalized shortly after. The match remained level until the second half when RB Leipzig took control and scored twice more.
Timo Werner scored his first goal for the club, while Yussuf Poulsen added another goal, sealing the victory for RB Leipzig.
This is a great start to the season for RB Leipzig, who now sit in third place in the league table. They will be hoping to continue this form as they face off against Werder Bremen next week.
